After her marital breaking she discovers the factor caused that their relationship ended and she tries to resolve it; besides she learns that she should stop having the advantage in a relationship because marriage should be equal opportunities both work and marital life . She leaves everything to win back the heart of her husband.
In this story Alice Munro teaches us that equality is the key word if we connect it with work and family, We must know that if we want a family there are many changes, We will have to hand over in some situations, all for the family welfare.
